This year’s menus and curriculum will be inspired by the new series Project Fire. You’ll learn how to make barbecue’s most iconic dishes and more, all with a special Raichlen twist—from Bourbon Vanilla Baby Back Ribs and Koreatown Brisket to Porchetta Pork Shoulder, Caveman Lobster (roasted in the coals) with Absinthe Butter, and Salt Slab Chocolate Brownie S’mores. Even cocktails, like Grilled Peach Bellinis, get wood-smoked.
